I got the same call and when I called back they asked for my TFN. The line was really bad which made me suspect dodgy as our ATO wouldn't have a bad phone line (maybe).

This call from from supposed Tax agent Jason O'connor with Phillipiano /American accent saying that I was going to be arrested for tax fraud and a warrant has been issued for my arrest if I did not ring him back and an officer from the local police station would be knocking at my door. Can someone please do anything to this looser? Scammer!!!
