Scam.
The caller claimed there was an error with my Vodafone contract and instructed me to press 1 for help. After pressing 1, they spoke to me in a condescending manner and abruptly hung up – very unprofessional.
Similar to the previous report, I received a prerecorded message stating that my phone would be disconnected. However, I hung up before hearing the entire message.
Caller claimed to be from Vodafone customer service, stating that my account information was incomplete. I believe this is a scam attempt.
The call consisted of an automated message claiming to be from Vodafone, stating that my customer profile is incomplete and needs to be fixed. I found this concerning.
I missed a call from this number, and they did not leave a message. It seems to change but is often a variant of an (03) 4 number, making it suspicious as it appears to be part of a pattern of unwanted calls.
Scam call.
The caller warned that my phone service would be suspended in a few hours. I couldn't hear the entire message clearly, but I was frustrated and hung up after telling them off.
