The calls I receive are from a number that appears to be from Bairnsdale, Victoria. I've never been to Bairnsdale and I don't know anyone from that area, so I choose not to answer. I suspect that this might actually originate from the Philippines given the current trends in phone scams.
I did not recognize this number, so I chose not to answer the call. The caller did not leave a voicemail message, which made me feel suspicious of their intentions.
Thanks to the anonymous report from June 20th, I now understand the situation better. I will be cautious about purchasing from companies like Temu in the future. Blocking these numbers is the best I can do until more action is taken by the government! 😡

I have been receiving multiple calls from this number, or variations of it. If you answer the call and remain silent, they will disconnect the call. I suggest blocking this number and hoping for the best to avoid future calls.
