I received an automated call stating there was an issue with my visa. This is suspicious since I am not on a visa. I have blocked and reported the number.

This number has been persistently calling me without any pause and consistently leaves no voice messages.
A random automated message was left when I missed the call. It was a woman's voice repeatedly saying, "Epidemic emergency. For Australian citizens press one. For Chinese students press two." This strange and alarming message was repeated multiple times. I was baffled by such a weird call.
I received a pre-recorded voice message in Chinese language, but there were no specifics about the purpose of the call.
A message in Chinese was left on my answering machine from this number, but I’m uncertain about its intentions.
Pre recorded message saying my phone will be out of service.
The number has a history of being associated with scams, and it's disheartening that even with advanced technology, the government can't prevent these scammers from spoofing legitimate phone numbers. This is indeed a scam, as previously noted by others.
I received a pre-recorded message purporting to be from ANZ Bank, warning me that there was an impending deduction of $1000 from my debit card. The ironic part is that I do not possess an ANZ debit card. It's important to remember to never trust unsolicited phone messages or SMS, and to always check your bank account online or via your app before taking any action.
