Scammers, called me twice, once it said I had an issue with my visa, second time it said I had an emergency document. Both was a pre-recorded message asking me to press one for English or 2 for Chinese. Don't press any buttons.
I received two phone calls from this number, spaced 30 minutes apart, both of which went to voicemail. The first voicemail claimed there was an issue with my visa and asked me to press 1 for English and 2 for Chinese. The second voicemail stated that I had an emergency document and again instructed me to press 1 for English and 2 for Chinese. These messages clearly indicate that this number is associated with scams.
The caller claimed to be from a company named DMFI Solutions, which is supposedly located in Gelantipy, Victoria, a town with a very small population of just 20 residents. This situation raises suspicions about the legitimacy of the call, suggesting it may be a scam.
The call seemed to come from an Indian call center, and they mentioned something about 3G support for my phone. I ended the call when they began asking for my personal information, as it felt suspicious.
