Over the last 3 days I have been calls from this number & similar ones - 03 4002 7057 & 03 4002 7054. All leave a voicemail in Chinese & English urging me to verify this & that or risk being cut off/cancelled etc. Total scam/phishing call. Do not engage with it.
Spoofed call. A tape is running and says there is unusual use of my phone.
It's a robo call/scam.
It appears the call was probably spoofed. There was a recorded message stating there was "unusual use of my phone," which is often a tactic used by scammers.
I got a random call, but after a brief moment, they placed me on hold, which felt suspicious and unprofessional.
