This is definitely a scam! I received a recorded message claiming it was regarding a Pandemic emergency, instructing people in Australia to press 1. It's clearly a fraudulent call, so beware!
I received an automated call claiming that my account needed fixing within 2 hours. A similar scam call came from the number (03) 4100 3978 the very next day, indicating a pattern of fraudulent activity.
I got a recorded message stating that my phone service was going to be disconnected. The message then offered me options to proceed in either English or Chinese by pressing 1 or 2.

I received a voicemail from a robotic voice, which contained a scam message warning about my account.
This is a scam call. It Rang twice. Second time it picked up on voicemail in a digitised voice recording- advising an amount of money was going ti be debited and if I didn’t want that to happen to press number 9 to speak to a representative. BLOCKED!.
