Be cautious of this unlisted number as it is likely another spoofed number used by cyber criminals. Since it was unrecognized and left no voicemail, I chose to reject the call and have reported and blocked it.
This number called me and left a voicemail discussing an “epidemic emergency.” I believe this is a scam.
This number belongs to a scammer. After I hung up, I received a follow-up message containing an audio recording mostly in Chinese, indicating it was about some important document notice. I've seen other reports mentioning an epidemic emergency, suggesting they may have various recorded messages. This situation is alarming, especially as a foreigner, so I advise others not to answer this call.
The caller identified themselves as being associated with a Chinese Epidemic Emergency notice, which is a SCAM. They prompted me to press certain numbers during the call.
I got a call from a female voice speaking with an Asian accent claiming there was an "academic emergency." I hung up when I mentioned I didn't understand Chinese.

A female caller with a Taiwanese accent claimed that the Australian Department of Home Affairs had urgent documents that I needed to collect. This made me suspicious about the legitimacy of the call.

Scam caller - English and Chinese.
This number belongs to Gotalk telecom & is used by this company to allow overseas telemarketers to scam people.
They were fined by ACCC & told to stop. But are still scamming.
Left a voicemail saying "Service will be cancelled within 2 hours, press 1 for English and 2 for Chinese"
Phone popped up suspected fraud. Voicemail from a female, press 2 if you are a Chinese student.
Missed call. No message left. Called back. Number invalid.
It's a scam. Something about Chinese and English and counting as their message.
