Chinese Banchong scam call.
I received a voicemail from this number that was very difficult to understand due to its poor quality. The sender mentioned something about "lotto day com" and urged me to visit their website, although the message was unclear and unprofessional.
Junk scammer call. Do not answer or pass on any information or data.

In addition to receiving a call from this number, (03) 4002 5042, I called back the first time and got no answer. When I tried again, it was answered in Chinese, solidifying my belief that these are either scam or spam calls. I recommend blocking both numbers.
After receiving a call from this number, I decided to call it back and was greeted by someone answering the call in Chinese, which heightened my suspicions about the legitimacy of the call.
