What Our Users Reviewed

The caller claimed to be from both MasterCard and Visa, which are two different companies. The person, identified as Kevin Wilson, spoke with a heavy Indian accent and told me I had a problem with my account. However, he couldn’t tell me my first name, which should be on the credit card. This is clearly an attempt to scam people. I doubt he will call me back after our conversation!

The caller claimed to be from Visa Credit Card Service, but the connection was poor and difficult to understand. This raises concerns about the authenticity of the call.
