Just received a call from this number, when I answered no one spoke.
The caller pretended to be from NAB, inquiring about a travel card.
I had a troubling experience with this scammer. Thankfully, I only answered the call once and hung up quickly, as the caller didn't say anything.
This number has called me at least 20 times in the past month without leaving any messages. The only reason I know it's related to NAB on behalf of Citibank is that when I do not answer, the calls go directly to my voicemail. You would think they would understand not to keep calling! I've since blocked the number.
I have been receiving calls from this number a couple of times each week, but they never leave a voicemail. I find this suspicious, so I plan to block the number immediately.
The caller attempted to persuade me to take out a line of credit. This feels misleading and possibly predatory.
This number called me at 8:30 AM but did not leave a voicemail. After researching the number, I found it to be a known SPAM call.
I'm curious why they require that information for a smooth transition. I noticed that on their website or mobile app, there has been no notification email advising that accounts will be merged with NAB on a certain date. Additionally, it would be helpful if they informed users to use the NAB app for logging in once the transition occurs.
I have received multiple calls from this number without any voicemail left. The one time I answered, the caller knew my name, which raised my suspicion since I have a Citibank card. Afterward, I contacted Citibank directly, and they confirmed they had not called me, indicating this number might be a scam.
I got a call from this number, but they didn't leave a message. To ensure I didn't miss anything important, I googled the number. Based on the comments I've read here, I plan to block this number to avoid any hassle. Thank you to everyone who shared their experiences.
I receive calls from this number nearly every day. Initially, the caller would identify themselves, but now the line goes silent, and I either hear nothing or eventually hang up. This has become very frustrating. After reading comments from others, I've learned that this is CitiBank, so I have now blocked the number in hopes of stopping these calls.
This call was from a legitimate representative of NAB, which licenses the Citibank brand for their credit cards. However, it turned out to be a marketing call from a Filipino call center promoting their installment payment plans.
This number called me, but the caller didn’t say anything. I advise not answering calls from this number.
The caller claimed to be from Citibank asking about an installment plan, but I'm concerned that something might be wrong, as I wasn't expecting their call.
I had a similar experience with this number. The caller knew my name and said they were from NAB, but their speech was so unclear that I couldn't understand anything else they said, so I decided to hang up.
I keep receiving calls from this number even though I have blocked them. I see missed calls from them every other day. It’s incredibly frustrating, and I wish they would stop.
My phone identified this number as Spam, claiming to be from Citibank. I answered the call but remained silent, and they did the same, which was strange. I had previously requested to be removed from their call list several months ago, and I haven't received any calls since then. Given the lack of communication and similarities to other scam reports, I believe this is likely a scam, and I've now blocked the number.
I received a call from this number but didn't answer at the time. Later, when I called back, it turned out to be a recorded message from Citibank offering promotions on my account. Although it wasn't spam, the information wasn’t urgent or necessary either.
I received a call from someone who claimed to be from the National Australia Bank, inquiring about my credit card. However, I do not have any accounts with them, so I am certain this is a scam.
Same experience as previous. Hung up on them and they didn't call back.
There was no response from the person on the other end of the line. I recommend ignoring this call or blocking the number.
This number called me regarding my Citibank credit card, which is now owned by NAB. I consider this a nuisance call as they seemed to be advertising or promoting something irrelevant.
This phone number is likely a spam caller. If you are concerned that Citibank is trying to reach you regarding an urgent matter, it is best to call Citibank directly using their official customer service number, which is 1300. I have verified this by calling them several times, and they indicated they were not aware of any required communication with me by phone.
This number keeps calling me multiple times during my work hours to offer promotions. I've blocked them for over three months, yet they continue to call without leaving any messages. If their offers were truly important, the bank should send me a written notice instead.
I received a call about offers and updates, but they asked for my security information, which made me uncomfortable. It's been happening every week, so I've decided to cancel my card due to the constant disturbance.
I am receiving persistent marketing calls from Citibank. Despite my requests for them to remove my number from their call and text list, they continue to contact me.
Many of my family members have fallen victim to phone scams impersonating banks. Even if this call is legitimate, I have requested to be removed from their marketing list to avoid further contact.
I constantly receive calls from this number with various offers. Even after repeatedly asking them to remove my number from their marketing list, the calls keep coming.
The calls I received seem to be legitimate, as they were persistent in asking me if I wanted to change to an installment plan. However, they can be very insistent, which may be off-putting.
I’ve received two calls from this number. When I called back using a private number, I was greeted with a message stating, “you have reached the message bank of a private number.” I’ve decided to resume my policy of blocking any numbers that don’t leave a message.
This number called me two times but did not leave any voice messages. This raises suspicion, and I am unsure of their intentions.
The caller addressed me by my name and mentioned something about an NAB credit card, but I could not fully understand what they were saying.
The caller rang my phone but did not answer when I picked up, and they did not leave a message.
I was informed that Citibank Credit has been acquired by NAB (National Australia Bank).
This is a spam call. I recommend not answering it as it was labeled as a Citibank call coming from a private number.
Even when I expressed that I was not interested, the caller continued to repeat the same sales pitch, which makes me feel there is something suspicious about them.
I have received several calls from this number but have chosen not to answer them. Based on other comments I've seen, it seems to be associated with Citibank, as I hold a card with them and often receive texts regarding installment plans and promotions.
I keep receiving persistent calls trying to convince me to change my credit card payments to installments. I’ve told them multiple times that I'm not interested, and I've asked them to stop calling, but they continue to harass me.
This number showed up as spam on my mobile device. The caller was trying to offer some 'opportunities' related to my credit card and asked for my security information, prompting me to hang up.
I received a call from a robotic system using a phone number that claimed to be from National Australia Bank. The automated message informed me that my credit card was being used for fraudulent activity. This is likely a scam call.
I tried calling this number back, but it led to a spam voice message, so I blocked the number.
This number has called me three times in past week. I don't know anyone in Sydney. I BLOCKED the number after checking it on reverseau and seems it is a SCAM Caller.131 Reports against it.
