I did not answer the call, as my phone identified it as spam.
Someone called me and simply said "Hello" before abruptly ending the call.
This number has called me four days in a row without leaving a message, which made me feel frustrated and prompted me to block them. My phone indicated that it was suspected spam.

Claims to be take a survey from company or university. Daily calls, blocked.
Called daily till blocked. Claims to take a survey but ended call from there when asked question about confirming if living in australia etc.

Won't stop calling, almost daily, called back and it's supposedly disconnected. Blocked the number now but can still see if any attempts to call are made and it's been daily the past four days. Extremely frustrating.

The caller claimed to be from a survey company. I chose not to engage in conversation with them since I do not appreciate unsolicited calls.
Someone saying they are from a national survey company and would I answer some questions... Seemed scammy.
