I have experienced the same as others with this number. It rings but does not leave a message, and I choose not to answer calls from unknown numbers. If they were genuine, they would have the courtesy to leave a message explaining their purpose and indicating when they might call back again.
Scammer. Block number.
I noticed I missed a call from this number, which also did not leave a message, for two consecutive days. After reading comments about it here, I opted to block the number.
I also received a similar call. The caller claimed he was conducting research about gambling in the ACT and mentioned a $20 voucher. He asked if I was interested in answering questions. I wasn't interested, so I blocked his number after he kept calling me.

I received a missed call from this number for the second time. My Samsung phone has flagged this number as a telemarketer and suspected spam.
Survey scammers.
This number called my daughter's mobile phone, which is only known to a select few family members. It is concerning how these spam callers obtain private numbers. I suspect they may generate random numbers hoping to reach someone. I have now added this number to the blocked list; I appreciate everyone who shares their experiences on this site.
I have received the same call twice. Initially, I felt it seemed legitimate, but when I told them I didn't have time, they persisted in asking when would be a better time to talk. I am aware of scams and typically receive calls from unknown numbers for work reasons, making it difficult to differentiate between legitimate inquiries and scams.
I answered a call from a man who claimed to be from a university. I felt uncomfortable and quickly hung up.
Scammers. Blocked their incessant calls.
This number has been repeatedly calling me for several days. I choose not to answer, and they never leave a voicemail.
A man named Dan, claiming to be from Ipsos, called me to conduct a survey about gambling for Queensland University. He provided a link for me to claim a gift code at the end, which felt very suspicious. In retrospect, I should have hung up as soon as I heard it.

The caller identified themselves as being from NDIS, but when I refused to give any personal information until they verified their identity, they were unable to provide any concrete details. Believing them to be scammers, I ended the call.
Scam call, Do not answer.
