I'm grateful to everyone who flagged this number. I chose not to answer the call, checked the reports here, and have now blocked the number.
This is a scam call, and I am wondering when the telecommunications companies will start taking action to block these types of calls to protect consumers.
The caller informed me that I had an unresolved account issue with Telstra, which I found suspicious because I had not been notified of any issues prior to this call.
SCAM - add to block list:)

Unwanted scam, hangs up - fixed one?
I got a call from this number today. It was a voice recording claiming I got an urgent document at the Chinese embassy. Apparently, this number is compromised.
The phone rang, but I didn't answer it. They didn't leave a message, which often indicates a scam call, so I am treating this as a potential scam.
