Called asking for a person unknown to me. Apparently lives in the same street. Asked me if I could go find them and ask them to call. I said I don't know any neighbours in my street. Asked me to leave a note in that person's mailbox and could they send me a text with the details for the note. I said I had privacy concerns which she brushed off. Called from mobile that was different from the number for the call back.
I've just had the same experience as previous reviewers. This woman gave me the same name Irene Bell. She wanted information about another person. When l asked her any questions it was a continual reply of "this is a sensitive issue." She would not tell me how she got my name and number. She said it would be a breach of privacy to give out any information. I said you've already breached privacy by knowing my name, number and address and phoning me about another person! This woman and those working with her are low life scammers.

Rang my partners son know idea how they got his number they are a debt collecting agency I called them would not tell me who they were without me identifying myself to them for which I told them you called me and I would not be doing that and ended call.

This person called me looking for my wife initially on a private number, after asking her to identify herself she said her name was Irene Bell. She would not tell me who she represented or worked for, just that she needed to speak to my wife about a personal matter. I asked her to text me her number to call back, which she did 3 hours later.
I called the mobile number that the text was sent from and it was turned off.
I asked my wife if she knew this person and she does not, today I rang this number and Irene answered.
I told her my wife did not know anything about her or the personal matter she wanted to talk about.
She still refused to provide me with any details about what it was regarding, who she worked for or represented or where she got my name and number from. I told her I thought she was a scammer and that I was reporting her to the police. She offered me to talk to her manager and put me on hold. After waiting 3 minutes I hung up.
