Latitude calling me for a payment that I have already made. Not doubt I'll get charged $25 to $50 for them making the call. Sick to death of their profiteering.
On Saturday morning, I received a robocall that started with, "this is not a marketing call, press 1 to continue." The call claimed to be from Latitude, demanding payment for a $30 unpaid bill. However, I have never had any account or credit card with Latitude.
I am being harassed by this company on weekends from various different numbers. If it were truly urgent, they would speak on the phone instead of robocalling me. I find this company incredibly unprofessional and have decided to block their calls to avoid further harassment.
This number has called me three times in one day from different numbers. I replied to their earlier message saying, "YES," and that I will pay in 7 days, yet they continue to harass me. I'm considering reporting this to the ombudsman.
They contact you from various numbers, trying to pressure you into a payment plan when you just want to make occasional payments. If you miss a scheduled payment, they inundate you with phone calls and emails, even if you continue to make payments on your own. I choose to ignore them and make random payments as I don't have the time to deal with their constant communication.
