This poor chap Ali Gowdan keeps calling us and asking for all the details, I am done with this guy, get a load of him australia post.
They are a genuine Australia Post contact centre but they are contracted, so it seems like they focus on very specific things, overall good service and they also send official emails to make sure it is not a scam, and they verify information they already have.
I received a text message stating, "Your Apple Pay has been successfully added. If you did not request this, please call us at (02) 8776 6302." This seemed like suspicious activity, so I would advise caution!
Clearly a scam croskie!!! I was straight jorking it and this number ruined my edging streak, don't answer this number unless you want the same thing to happen to you!!!!:(
Scam.
Ethan from AusPost. Clearly a scam or similar. Hung up straight away.
This is a scam call. The caller claimed to be from AusPost and hung up immediately after I answered. I would not recommend answering this number.
Auspost has been hacked in past before exposing hundreds of thousands of people's personal information and details. I have confirmed with AUSPOST directly in Victoria & NSW this is a no Doubt an elaborate SCAM!
Auspost would NEVER call or message asking for personal information. ITS ON THEIR WEBSITE!

This call was from Australia Post, following up regarding my business account. They provided verified information and account details that could only be accessed by staff within Australia Post, confirming it was a legitimate call.
I received a very suspicious call today in which the caller mentioned that the conversation would be recorded. They asked me to confirm details about an old MyPost business account that I don't recall them needing. I decided to hang up because I felt uncomfortable and didn't want to risk anything.
This is a SCAM! The caller claimed to be from Australia Post and tried to confirm my email and address. They left voicemails. I verified with the official Australia Post number, which confirmed this is a scam and not an official contact. The reviews about this number confirming its legitimacy are misleading. Please block this number.
The caller provided some helpful information regarding Christmas promotions for my shop and accurately referenced past and current account details. I believe this was a legitimate call and a good service.
The caller identified themselves as being from Australia Post and claimed to be checking in about my account. They answered my questions adequately and even sent me an email from a legitimate Australia Post email address. After my own research, it appears that this call was genuine and actually came from an Australia Post call center, not a scam.
After conducting some research, I confirmed that this call was indeed from Australia Post, as I directly contacted their head office for verification.
A woman named Jade from "Australia Post" contacted our business to supposedly review our account. She shared some information that could easily be found online, along with an outdated address that we no longer use. Given our daily interactions with Australia Post and their access to our current details, I suspect this call was a scam aiming to involve our business in potential phishing schemes.
Keeps calling and leaving voicemails every month scammers.
This number has called my mobile three times last week despite me asking them to stop. They called again today and left multiple voicemails claiming to be from a scam center. Beware of this number!
I received a call from someone named Andrea claiming to be with AusPost. Given a previous experience with a scam call regarding AusPost, I decided to verify her identity. I asked her for specific details, such as my account number and the last transaction I made, along with its amount for the fiscal year 2024. She accurately answered both questions, which alleviated my initial suspicions.
I received a call claiming to be from Australia Post. The caller suggested they were representing a party I know and implied there was a relevant matter to address.
I received a call from this number claiming to be from Australia Post, saying they needed to "update my details." This call comes far too frequently, and it feels suspicious to me. I suspect it might be a scam, as it seems unnecessary for them to call so often for such a matter—a significant red flag.
I received a call from what was confirmed to be a call center for Australia Post. I verified the company, and it appears they are not involved in any scam activities.
So brainless.
I received a call from a person claiming to be from Australia Post. They wanted to speak with our manager to verify our account details and talk about the user portal for business support. This seemed suspicious, and I'm wary of such unsolicited calls.
Ethan called me from Auspost regarding my business accounts. He needed to confirm my details to complete the setup of my business account with them, which seems to indicate that this is a valid call.
Was receiving calls with messages left to call David on 02 8775 3820 from Australia Post regarding a Merchant Portal. I called back yesterday and call appeared to be a direct line to Ratna Wulandari Nurima who was asking a lot of questions on information she already had. I was sent an email, supposedly from AusPost in Melbourne inviting me to sign in for access to the Merchant Portal. I have not been able to verify the legitimacy of this call so presume the invite is a scam.
They are from auspost you knobheads.
This number claims to be from Australia Post. During the first call, they asked numerous questions that they should already know the answers to. The subsequent calls were clearly made by scammers pretending to be from the postal service.
I receive calls from this number every day, and they leave messages claiming to be from Australia Post. Based on my previous experiences, it seems unlikely that Australia Post would contact someone directly over the phone without an initial email. I believe this is likely a spam call.
A person claiming to be from Australia Post has been calling me on a weekly basis, which feels suspicious.
This call claimed to be from Australia Post, but it seemed suspicious. I believe it is a scam. Please be careful.
Australia post call centre.
Had a call from a customer services agent who was very lovely and helpful at resolving our organisation change. At first I was reluctant but after I received the link to my email I could see that this is a legitimate Australia Post customer service call.
Said they were "Riti" from Australia Post. Kept me on the phone for 12 minutes while I was trying to figure out whether it was a scam. She was checking our company details for most of that time and I couldn't get a word in. She then sent me a link and asked me to click on it and set up our online portal. I told them I needed to get off the phone and would look at it later. The email kind of looked legit but still not sure. At the end of the day, if you need to set up an online portal for your company, go to the Auspost website and do it that way. Assume this is a scam and don't click on any links they send you.
They are Australia Post. If you call the number it's a direct line.
Says they are Australia Post...?
Must be scam, NO TRUST!!!
