I answered a call where a recorded message claimed there was an unauthorized transaction on my eBay account. I pressed "1" to connect with a representative and pretended to be confused as I let the Indian gentleman speak for five minutes. He started asking if I had access to a computer or smartphone, at which point I decided to disengage. If I had more time, I would have continued the conversation to see where it led.
