A caller claiming to represent Telstra informed me that I was behind on my bill, but I do not have an account with Telstra. This is clearly a scam, and action needs to be taken against such callers.
A caller pretended to be from PayPal after I had received a fraudulent email indicating my account was compromised. This raised a red flag, and I suspect this could be an attempted phishing scam.
When I answered a call from this number, I was silent, and after a moment, an automated female voice simply said "Goodbye" and hung up. The number appears to be from Bankstown, and I found this interaction strange.
The caller mentioned my name and asked if I was that person. Then, they claimed to be from Mastercard and CBA about a suspicious transaction. However, I don't possess a Mastercard, indicating that this might be a scam attempt. The call sounded like it was coming from a busy call center.

Following two scam calls from different numbers in just five minutes, I received a call from this number. I answered and immediately suspected it was another scam. The caller claimed to be Sheena from Telstra, but I’m not a Telstra customer. I pretended to be interested, and then they abruptly hung up. Definitely a scammer.
Please be vigilant and do NOT fall for these ruthless scammers. They are attempting to acquire your personal information, and their ultimate goal is to steal your money.

The individuals behind this call seem to be seeking personal information from unsuspecting people.
I got a call but chose not to answer. They left a voicemail that lasted 12 seconds, which only contained background office sounds and a man clearing his throat. It didn't sound like he was unwell; it seemed more like an uncomfortable throat clearing after eating spicy food.
The call came from Bankstown, and the caller identified themselves as being from NBN. They requested my name and personal details under the pretense of discussing my internet services, but I do not have an internet account with them. This seemed like a scam attempt.
The caller claimed to be from NBN, but since my home is not serviced by NBN at all, I believe this is definitely a scam.
I received a scam call purportedly from Amazon, asking about an order. Since I have never used Amazon and they were able to mention my name correctly, I found this very concerning and chose to block the number.
A woman claimed to be from the National Broadband Authority and offered me an upgrade. However, when I asked for her credentials, she hung up. I've reported this incident to Scamwatch.

I received another call from this number on the same day, February 12th, but they did not leave a message, which makes it even more questionable.
