Received a automated mess from this number stating that we needed to ring back asap other legal action would be taken. Sounded bogus to me.
I had two calls today from 02 84168054 and the caller did not say where they were from but just said that there was an arrest warranyt out for me and my property was being monitored and to ring this number immediately...... I rang the number from an office number and asked who they were... They hung up.
Most phones these days have an Auto Reject List. I suggest you use it.
Can’t something be done about the clear scam. I work for ATO this is just crap!
Have had 2 missed calls and 2 messages from this number today. Message says - "ATO has issued arrest warrant against me. Right now you and your physical property both are being monitored and it's very important that I do hear back from you as soon as possible".
So sick of these calls. Should not be allowed to do it.
Someone from the ATO claiming an arrest warrant has been issued for me. I'm a tax lawyer. They picked the wrong person.
