Received a call saying I had a debt and it could result in me being arrested!!!

I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor - Officer Paul Ramsey - who wanted information that I refused to give.

I told them I was on to their scam and to take my number off their call list and he admitted that he got my number from a list and would take my number of said list!!!!

Got a call today 15-9-16 saying I owed $5425 with tax avoidance and tax fraud with the ATO, talk with my accountant he call the Ato THEY SAID ITS A SCAM. Be careful out there.

I just had the exact same phone call cause I received a message so I rang and he was trying to confirm my details and said he will call me back. Sounds suss to me and won't be answering that call again.

Hi, on 13/9/2016 I received a call from a officer reynolds supposably from ATO. He claimed that I owed that tax office $4000 and that my bank accounts etc would be frozen by the end of the day.

After the call I rang the ATO Who assured me I did not owe anything and that it was a scam. This made me very angry, if wish scammers like this would get a bloody life and leave people alone. I felt like tracing the call and confronting the culprits.
