Oi! I asked about house and health insurance, and now I’m getting bombarded with endless calls. Maybe I’ll just pretend my phone isn't working – it’s driving me mad!
Got a call from this number thinking it’s Qantas health insurance or something, but after they asked for my number, I decided nah, I’m not keen on unsolicited calls like that! So dodgy, mate.
So, Qantas Health Insurance decided to keep pestering me after I said no thanks. Got a quote online, told them I’m not interested, and now my phone won’t stop ringing. Absolute nuisance!
I initially requested a quote from Qantas Assure but explicitly declined any follow-up calls. Since I did not receive a callback, I’m concerned this number might be associated with a spam or scam attempt.
Received a call twice on Friday and one today, when answered no one on the other end. I am a Qantas FF so similar to everyone else's issue, they seem to have got our numbers that way. Not sure why or who is calling or what the point of it is.
I recently received a quote for Qantas health insurance and shortly after, I got a call from them.
I didn't recognize this number, so I chose not to answer the call. I had just completed a Qantas Health Insurance quote online and don’t require any follow-up calls. It seems unnecessary.
I suspect this call may be related to the frequent flyer program, as I think I might have mistakenly shared my frequent flyer number with someone.
This call was from Qantas Health Insurance, which I had requested a quote from. They were following up on my details. However, I didn't answer because I did not ask for this follow-up call.
After requesting a quote from Qantas Health Insurance last night, I began receiving missed calls from this number, which raises my suspicion about its legitimacy.
I received a text message indicating that I had a missed call from this number, even though I never received a call from it at all. This seemed suspicious.
I've received multiple calls from this number associated with Qantas insurance. They never leave a voicemail, and these calls started after I opened a form to check benefits, but I never requested a callback. Their persistency feels overly pushy.
I received a call related to an online inquiry I made for Qantas Health Insurance, similar to other reports I've seen here.
After requesting an online quote yesterday, I received a follow-up call today, which I found very bothersome. I have blocked the number.
This caller represents a telemarketing company related to Qantas Health Insurance. I had requested a quote online, but it was 22% more expensive with less coverage compared to Bupa and slightly less than HBF. I declined the offer, yet they continue to call me incessantly, which is very frustrating. Just a heads up, Qantas is merely a branding entity for the underlying insurance provider.
I was browsing a website yesterday to get a quote and provided my mobile number as requested. There was a disclaimer stating that by clicking the get quote button, I consented to being contacted. I find their aggressive marketing tactics concerning and somewhat puzzling.
Similar to many others, I performed an online inquiry for a quote with Qantas Insurance via a Facebook link yesterday, but I didn't submit any personal information for a quote. Despite that, I have already received two calls today, and I suspect my phone details were somehow accessed through the Qantas app on my iPad, which I haven't even opened.
I did an online Qantas health insurance quote yesterday and have received two calls this number today so far, did not answer as seemed suspect.
After requesting a quote via email yesterday, I have been inundated with calls from this number. I've missed eight calls from the same number now. I've blocked it, but I'm still receiving text messages notifying me of missed calls.
I answered the call, but the caller hung up immediately. It turned out to be related to Qantas Travel Insurance sales, which contacted me after I submitted a travel insurance quote online. I did not request or anticipate a sales call, and I was surprised that they hung up without any interaction.
I received calls from this number where they rang and then hung up. I answered one call but not the second. They have called me before, and I had forgotten about them.
I received a call from this number, but the caller hung up after just a few seconds. It seemed similar to the typical service calls from Qantas, but was still quite suspicious.
Joined Qantas FF yesterday now getting multiple calls today and no message left!
It seems that they accessed my Qantas Frequent Flyer number because they used the phone number connected to my FF account to call me, implying a potential scam because nothing comes for free.
I noticed that this number rings briefly for only half a second before disconnecting. Once, I answered a call quickly, but they hung up immediately. It appears they may be making calls for the sake of hitting quotas rather than conducting meaningful outreach, especially since I had requested job information the day prior.
I received 8 calls from this number in a row, totaling 12 calls in less than 24 hours. This persistent behavior is very concerning.
After submitting an online quote yesterday, I received multiple calls from this number today. It’s worth mentioning that my phone displayed "Qantas Health Insurance" during some of those calls, which makes things a bit confusing.
This number attempted to call me three times, but they did not leave a voicemail.
Following an online quote for Qantas insurance, I have been receiving constant phone calls from them. It feels excessive and unwelcome.
I began a health insurance quote for Qantas and didn’t provide any personal details like my name or phone number, yet this number somehow has my mobile number. The quote received was more than double my current premiums, and I'm concerned about them having my information without my consent.
I had a similar experience with this number, where they seemed more focused on making calls without actually engaging in conversation, possibly earning a commission based on the number of calls made.
I can confirm that I just received a call from this number right after I requested a quote online. It seems suspect, and I would suggest keeping an eye on it.
This number called me but did not leave a voicemail message. I recently requested a quote from Qantas Insurance online, so I suspect this may be a follow-up call regarding that inquiry.
After submitting an online quote request earlier in the day, I received a phone call despite specifically asking for no phone calls.
I received a call from this number the day after I inquired about Qantas Health Insurance. There was complete silence on the line for about 3 minutes, which allowed me to figure out that it was likely a follow-up sales call. I have since blocked the number.
After I completed an online quote this morning, I received a call from this number, likely a follow-up from that inquiry.
I received a call from this number shortly after I submitted an insurance quote through Qantas. I'm frustrated, as I often dread providing my information for quotes because these companies frequently misuse personal details and invade my privacy.
This call was from Qantas. It seems to be related to a health insurance quote I submitted online. At the time of submitting, they mentioned that by confirming the quote request, I agreed to be contacted by someone from Qantas.
Similar to other reports, I received a call from this number but chose not to answer. The night before, I made an inquiry about health insurance, so I found it quite unsettling that I’m now being bombarded with nuisance calls. This makes me seriously reconsider signing up for any services.
I recently conducted an online health insurance query but had not provided my mobile number; they likely obtained it from my Qantas Club membership. I have blocked this number now, so it's unfortunate for Qantas if they want to reach me for any legitimate reason.
I had two missed calls from this number and when I answered, there was no response. This number seems connected to spam calls, especially since I had recently sought a quote for Qantas insurance but did not provide my phone number, which is very concerning.
I have received two calls from this number within the last two days. Both times, the call dropped after I answered. I believe it is likely related to a recent inquiry I made for a Qantas health insurance quote online, which I did not complete or request any follow-up calls for.
I also filled out an insurance quote online for Qantas points, so I appreciate the warning about potential scams.
