When I answered the call, I was met with a pre-recorded message that was entirely in Chinese.
This seems to be just another daily scam call. It’s frustrating that Telstra appears to do nothing about these scams, especially considering how much they monitor our calls. It’s astonishing that this scammer remains free.
An automated call came through at 5:15 AM on my mobile phone. I mistook it for an emergency call at first, but it turned out to be a telemarketing attempt. This call was highly inappropriate given the early hour.

The caller, who had an Indian accent, answered the phone and said she was calling regarding my internet service with Telstra. When I informed her that I do not have an internet service with Telstra, she abruptly hung up.
