I think it's a spam. They've called a few times in the last 2 weeks, only answered once and a demale was trying to offer me something that I didn't understand and was not interested in it, she immediately changed tone and said "oh come on, I'm not trying to convince you I just want to tell you what you can have" sort of angrily then she hung up.
