Suspicious

This number called me earlier this afternoon buy I didn't answer the call. I assumed it was call from Manila because of it's area code and think that it might be from a bank or insurance company that offers health insurance. I just don't like to answer unknown number because it might also be a scammer because I once victimized by a scammer and lost money from my online banking so I'm just being very careful this time that is why I'd rather ignore the call.
