Renee from NXG(?) phoned last week asking for a member of staff who was not in the office. I asked if I could take a message and Renee said she will send and email. I saw the staff member a few days later and mentioned this call. She does not recall speaking to Renee and didn't receive an email from Renee. Renee phoned again today. I said the staff member doesn't recall speaking to you and Renee said how bizarre. Most peculiar.
