It's supposedly from Telstra, but I don't even have an account with them. Definitely dodgy!
Scam caller. I answered the call and the caller claimed to be from Telstra, but we're not with Telstra. He told me there'd been issues with my internet lately and when I told him I hadn't been experiencing any issues he hung up.
Claims to be Telstra, telling me my phone internet has been compromised.
I received a call where the representative claimed to be from Telstra, stating that my IP address had changed from private to public and was therefore insecure. When I pointed out that Telstra is not my provider, she insisted they were "in charge" and offered to guide me through troubleshooting steps. Suspecting a scam, I hung up and have since blocked the number.
Twice received this call but let it ring out. Scam bags as usual.
