Received the same sms and it looks so suspicious. Definitely SCAM! Weird thing is that they used ANZ (from sender). Be careful and if unsure always call the support number from the back of your actual card or visit the branch support.

Received a text from ANZ with a BPAY request code to FM Cards LTD and to call this number if I didn’t request the code. When I Google FM Cards LTD the results are links to all different banks (NAB, commbank etc) scam and fraud pages. I’m also an ANZ plus member not with regular ANZ which had me suspicious. Pretty sure it’s a scam!
