It is scam line that ask for "Josh" when they call. Same people call from other similar numbers when you block the number. They have set up a series of different numbers (Melb, Ipswich and even mobiles).
I got a call from this number (02)69805500, they didn't leave a message and I called them back it seems to be from a company that is selling something/telemarketer. Best not to answer calls from them.
