Spoofed Number from a Persistent Fraudulent Indian Criminal Call Center!

This call is related to a travel and holiday scam. I strongly advise avoiding this caller, as they are only interested in obtaining your credit or debit card information.

Scam caller. Busy signal when you ring them back. Only a one way deal.

Male caller, indian accent. Asked to speak to my wife. I said "Not here and terminated call. Voices in the background, could have been a call centre. Definitely not a call from Hillston.

A call came through on my landline from a male with an Indian accent, asking for my wife. When I informed him she wasn't available, he hung up. There were other voices in the background that suggested it was from a call center, and it did not sound like a legitimate call from Hillston.

Rang at 3.30. Glad to read these messages yet another caller to block.

The number (02) 6967 1330 has multiple complaints registered for being associated with travel telemarketing scams. It is advisable to ignore this caller as they seem to be unsafe.

The caller claimed they were offering cheap holidays, stating it was in response to a form I supposedly filled out in the past. This sounds like a time share scam.

This call likely came from a spoofed number, as many others have mentioned similar experiences. The callers had Indian accents and made an unconvincing attempt to phish personal information. I strongly advise avoiding any engagement with these individuals.

Like everyone else the caller said they’d got my number because I’d filled out a form ver the last year. I said I hadn’t. They read out an address with oh is more than a years old so I just said that’s not my address and hang up. Blocked. Calling from Hillston NSW.

Similar experience with this number for sure is a spoofed number. Do not answer calls from this number.

I received a call from this number at a late hour, which I found inappropriate and concerning.

A call came through at 8:45 PM, which I did not answer as I suspected it was a scam. If I receive another call from them, I plan to answer and respond aggressively due to the late hour of the call disrupting my evening.

Rang but hung up when answered.

Someone called me at 10 PM, which is quite late for such calls. When I mentioned it was too late, he apologized but then abruptly hung up after mentioning a sale.

A caller with an Indian accent claimed to be from a travel agency. I immediately felt unsafe and suspected it was a scam, so I chose to hang up on the caller.

Four bursts of ring then they hung up. Pity, I wanted to speak with the only Indian in outback Hillston NSW.

This number called my landline again today, but I missed it and they did not leave a voicemail. They also called me about three weeks ago, claiming to be a travel company offering a deal. I didn't qualify for their offer last time, yet they are contacting me again. This feels like a scam; please do not engage with them!

I received calls from this number on both my mobile phone and my landline simultaneously. I've now blocked the number.

I received a call while I was preparing dinner. The caller didn't leave a message, and they hung up quickly, so I didn't notice the call. Based on the name registered in my phone and other complaints about this number, I plan to block it.

This number appeared as Uca-Hillston-Gunbar Parish. I didn't answer the call, and no voicemail was left. I plan to block this number to avoid future calls.

I am relieved I chose not to answer this call after noticing many other complaints about it. The frequency of calls from unknown numbers is becoming increasingly disruptive, with callers never leaving messages.

I got yet another call from this group that seems to be affiliated with travel services, which has become quite bothersome.

Called 9:00 pm, as below indian accent saying I filled in a holiday survey and was selected as a winner. Said I have never filled in a form, told him he was full of sh*t, and hung up. So sick of these calls.

Received a phone call from this number at 9:30 pm! Person refused to provide details of where they were calling from when asked. So not happy with being distributed at this time of night.

Did not know the number so did not answer and do not care.

The caller identified themselves as being from HTCTravel and mentioned receiving a form regarding travel linked to my postcode. The conversation felt suspicious, so I decided to hang up.

I received a call from a male voice with an Indian accent. Similar to previous reports, this appears to be another travel scam attempt.

I keep receiving calls from this number, claiming I filled out a form and qualified for a discounted holiday. These calls are very frustrating as they happen at all hours of the evening, and despite asking them to stop calling, they continue to ignore my requests. I receive calls from them at least twice a week.

Rang 1508 WST 25/10/2023 - Did not answer, couldn't because it only rang 3 times before disconnecting without leaving a message. Have blocked, assumed a spoofed number & therefore a scam.

I frequently receive calls from a company claiming to be a travel agent, but they always use different numbers and locations. I keep blocking them, but they continue to call from new numbers, and it's becoming very frustrating.

I received what was clearly a scam call originating from Hillston. I didn't answer in time, so they hung up, and I have since blocked the number.

I received a call asking if I was ***** ***. After I confirmed with a "yes," the caller asked if I had submitted a form for a holiday, which I denied. I immediately hung up as it seemed suspicious and unsolicited.

Similar to the previous report, this number called me but did not leave a voicemail. When I attempted to call back, the number was invalid, leading me to believe it was a spoofed call. I have since blocked this number.

This caller claims to be from a travel agency, but I believe they are a scam.

The caller knew both my name and my address and was trying to offer me and my family a holiday deal. When I corrected them about my address, I simply said "NO" and hung up on them.

I did not answer this call that came in at 8:20 PM. They didn't leave a message, and the caller's name and address were unfamiliar to me. I'm unsure if this is a spoofed call, but I'm reporting it in case others are also dealing with late-night unsolicited calls from this number.

I believe this phone number may be spoofed, as the caller has never left a message during any of the calls.
