Uncertain

Tried to ring to see who it was and typically recording said not connected or incomplete number. I now have a list of just under 40 of these. A lot of them have the same leading numbers with the last 3 different. What annoys me most is the waste if time. It's getting to the point where I wish that I had a way of making their phone inoperable from my end.
