Voice heard part way through message (missed first part of dialogue) suggesting it could be programmed on a type of auto ring?? Message suggested call for refund - who, what, why, where, when missing.
Scam. Bad robotic voice. Missed the start due to voicemail message but as follows.
"99.99 cents and the same will be debited from your account automatically. If you want to cancel..." *blah blah*
