I was fortunate to have blocked this number without answering. I found a scam alert for it here, which was very helpful. I've been receiving several suspicious calls today from different numbers, so I now only answer calls I recognize.
I received a recorded message indicating that there was an anomaly regarding the usage of my passport. However, my passport has been unused since 2016, which makes me believe this is a scam attempt.
