They just called me and said they are from ATO. Telling ive got miscalculation from my tax. I have my own tax agent and I asked them what's my address there and he hung up. An indian caller.
If everyone downloads truecaller and adds it to their block list through that, it will help everyone else using truecaller as well. Very useful app.
This centre in particular must be cycling numbers, this is the second I've blocked this week. Idiots for displaying their number but thank goodness, defs a call centre as when I called, the accented fellow forgot who his scamming cover was and there was a long pause after he said hello thank you for calling... Then said ATO.

No voicemail left. Added to block list and Truecaller. Hopefully anyone else with truecaller (an app) will now be able to see that this number is a scam.
AGREE..TAX SCAM... Just rang the number.. Had missed calls on phone. Indian call centre answered "THANKYOU FOR CALLING THE ATO.. CAN I HELP YOU" Hung up immediately...
