Yes I received a call from this number and it says they are from ato and they will file a case against me if I won't call them back. The number is 0261007796.
I just got a call from this number, an automated message claiming to be from the the taxation department said I had a major lawsuit proceeding against me and I needed to contact them immediately and quote a reference number(I don't recall the number as I wasn't quick enough to write it down) or an arrest warrant would be issued and I would be arrested. I'm not naive enough to believe a automated message, let a lone one that doesn't mention a single personal detail about me.
What did they say when you called back?
Caller was a robotic message, informing me that they were calling from the ATO (Australian Taxation Officce) and there was a law suit filed against my name, I must hang up immediately and call them back on 6100 7796, if I did not there would be a warrant out for my arrest. Beware, scam, I spoke to the ATO and they confirmed it was a scam.

This is scam!! It is a pre-recorded American sounding voice stating that it is the Australian Taxation Office that if you don't call them back immediately will arrange an arrest warrant for your arrest. My brother also received this phone call last week too.

Scammers .. tried calling number back after receiving robbot voice message saying if I don't call back I will be attested.
Just got a voicemail from this number claiming it's from a department division number, saying that if they don't hear back from me they will have to issue arrest warrant under my name and get me arrested. Clearly a scam, be aware.
Ignored and got a voicemail. It was a spam call about having a warrant out for you, but done with a robotic recording. Do not answer.
