Didn't answer as I'm not in Sydney and most scam numbers seem to have spoofed Sydney numbers - glad I didn't answer.
I received a standard scam call claiming there was a charge on my credit card. When I called back the number provided, I discovered that it didn’t actually exist.
I received a scam call concerning an Amazon account. To be clear, I do not have any Amazon account, which makes this call suspicious and unwanted.
I received a call with a recorded voice that had a difficult-to-understand accent. The caller claimed there was something important regarding my visa status.
The caller claimed to be from Telstra, stating that my IP address had been compromised. I found it amusing since I don't even use Telstra as my provider. The caller became flustered when I confronted them.
This was a known scam call. I did not answer it, but they left a recorded voicemail from a woman claiming to be from PayPal, stating that I had approved a payment and needed to call them back to stop it. I had not authorized any payment, and it's widely known that PayPal does not contact customers in such a manner. This is clearly a scam attempt.
I answered a call that featured a recorded message spoken in Chinese, leaving me confused and uncertain about its content. I could not understand what they were trying to communicate.
Scam Alert: A computer-generated voice claiming to be "Steve" from Mastercard security called me. It was clearly not a real person, which made me suspicious of their intent.
The call featured a pre-recorded voice identifying himself as "Steve from Mastercard." He claimed that there was a potentially large debit from Amazon to my account, but I don’t even have an Amazon account. I chose to block the number.
Scammer caller they must con some people to pay there phone bills real scummers.
This is a scam call again. They seem to trick some people into paying for their calls, but I do not disclose any personal information to them.
I consider this a scam as well because they did not leave a message when they called my voicemail.
I got a suspicious message stating, "Dear respected customer, there is a possible fraudulent charge of $799 on your PayPal account. Press 1 to cancel or press another number to allow the charge." This clearly seems to be a scam.

A very clear female voice informed me that there was a $1,399 charge pending against my Mastercard or Visa. She instructed that if I believed this charge was fraudulent, I should press 1. This was clearly a scam!
