Electricity scam caller!!
Scammer, calling with electricity account offers, twice in two hours. Hung up when I asked for details.
I received multiple calls within an hour from someone pretending to be my electricity provider. After confronting them and stating that we would report them to the police if they called again, the caller launched into a lengthy rant. To waste his time, we left the phone on for a few minutes, and he eventually hung up after ranting.
I answered a call, but there was no response from the caller. After a few seconds of silence, they hung up without saying a word.
Got a call from this number. I didn’t recognise the number, and have been getting lots of spam calls, so I killed the call. They didn’t leave a message. Obvious spam.
Rang 3 times today. Did not leave a meeage.
I received a call that resulted in a voicemail consisting only of background office noise. They subsequently called two more times within minutes, but did not leave any additional messages.
I allowed the call to go to voicemail. The message that was left consisted of an unusual amount of silence. This makes me believe it was potentially a robocall.
Scam caller trying to get me to tell them who my electricity provider was and sell me this platform of cheaper rates. Caught them out on a couple of lies and their scam when I questioned them further which they didn't like and hung up on me.
I answered a call from this number but ended the call quickly. They did not leave a message, and it appeared to be an obvious spam call.
When I returned the call, a man answered and claimed to be from "Choice Energy." The conversation seemed suspicious, so I decided to hang up.
Caller I. D stated call coming from Port Macquarie NSW. I Didn't answer, they didn't leave message. Probably scammer.
I received a call from this number, but when I answered, no one spoke and they hung up without a word.
After answering, the caller hung up immediately. As a business, I'm aware this is a tactic used by scammers, so I called back to find out the number is not in service.
This number has called me several times without leaving a message. When I attempted to call back, I received a recording saying the number is not connected. I will block them.
I did not answer this call, and the caller did not leave any voicemail message.
I receive daily calls from this number, asking to speak with different individuals each time. It is clearly a scam since they have no legitimate purpose for calling.
