I spoke with a person on the line who had a very strong Indian accent, and it seemed they were calling from overseas. They attempted to scam me into installing a program on my computer under the pretense of fixing an issue with my solar panels. When I asked them where in India they were calling from, they abruptly hung up.
I received a call on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at 2:00 PM but chose not to answer.
When I answered the call, the caller immediately hung up without saying anything. I tried calling back a few times, but the message I received was that the call was not connected. It’s frustrating, especially since I was sick and trying to rest. I wonder why people like this aren’t held accountable. They aren’t the only ones making these unsettling calls, and something needs to be done to stop them.
