Got an SMS about my Flybuy number being 'taken'. Didn't bother replying to it though. Could be dodgy or just a fluke?

This number is providing services related to health insurance comparison, which appears to be a legitimate service.
When I answered call is was a robotic recorded message just saying Goodbye and the call ended.
I received a call where a robotic voice responded after I answered, saying either "Goodbye" or "Thank you." I can’t remember which phrase exactly, and then the call disconnected, leaving me unsure of the intent.
Called 7 June at 12:11. Hung up. Didn’t leave a message.
