So had a message left on my work mobile phone, does sound a little weird saying " I'll make sure I send you an email...... Just confirming this is your email right? And then the voicemail continues with... Sounds like people talking in the background and keyboard typing and phone ringing.. Does seem like a call center of sort.

Same as everyone else. Very convincing AI bot call trying to sell gold.

So, I got this strange voicemail on my work mobile, right? It went something like, 'I'll send you an email... just confirming this is your email?' And then there's all this background noise – people chattering, keyboards clacking, phones ringing. Definitely feels like a dodgy call center vibe!

Missed this call and it left voice mail.

The voice mail: "Ah no I'm not going to leave a message, I'll just hang up, have a great day."

It sounded like the same male voice that waffled on about buying gold, that I have had previously from a different number.

Trying to sell gold futures. AI voice generated, very realistic. Best to just hang up and block number.

Scam

Can you believe it? Another dodgy scammer trying to peddle stock market shares! When I cheekily asked for his card number to bill him for my time, he bailed. Not the sharpest tool in the shed!

This is 100% AI sales call trying to sell gold futures/options.

Pretty good AI... But still very obvious... You can just pause and don't say anything and it stays silent.. Doesn't ask if you are still there? Or anything...

G'day mate! Just got a message from AMA Capital about some 'exciting opportunity'. Honestly, sounds like the typical telemarketer stuff, but who knows, might be worth a look if you're into that sort of gig!

Received a sales call from this number - felt off and seemed AI driven but I was not certain. Not sure how my number was used but I politely declined and left the call feeling weird about the interaction, as could not tell if it was a real person or not on the other end.

Hey mate, got a call from this number that felt kinda dodgy. Could’ve sworn it was some AI mumbo jumbo on the line, but I couldn't quite put my finger on it. Politely hung up 'cause it left me feeling a bit off, like, was that a real human or a glitchy robot?
