I advise caution with this number. If they don't leave a message, it's likely to be a scam call.
I cannot confirm this, but based on the reports I’ve read from others, this number seems suspicious.
I received a call from NRMA, who stated they were contacting me about a refund.
The caller claimed to be from CGU discussing a refund, but CGU is not my insurance provider. The call originated from the ACT area, which raises further suspicions.
The caller identified themselves as being from NRMA and was discussing a refund related to a deceased estate.
An unknown caller reached out to me but did not leave a message. This call came just 40 minutes after I received an SMS stating that CGU would call me regarding a refund for my home insurance, creating some confusion.
This number called me today about a refund for NRMA. I don't have NRMA insurance! They stated the call would be recorded and I needed to confirm my details before proceeded. I declined and hung up.
This number called me leaving a message regarding a refund on an insurance policy and not to ring them they will contact me regarding a refund on the policy. I assume they want my bank details so will not be answering any of their calls. I think it is a scam.
