Likely a scam, "marketing" company called Assenta Capital Research & Advisory, but it's a common company name - likely chosen on purpose so that people get confused when looking it up. They then pass you onto another company which poses as an investment company who will provide you more details. They have a website, but not much history on it - likely they get taken down from time to time; so they pretend to be older than they are. This number is also a throwaway number as it seems to only have been used for a short period, and the majority of calls are within the last 5 days (when people first started looking at this number).
