This number belongs to a debt collecting agency at least, a want to be debt collector (rambo want to be). Telstra advises they have received numerous complaints about a person using this number, a Timothy someone or other who claims pursues money people may but sometimes do not owe and those that he pursues because he claims they do owe are being chased for amounts well in excess of the true amount they owe. This Timothy fellow actually states over the phone that he chases people based on cash incentives despite most cases he has being made up of lies. Don't get on his wrong side though as he makes personal threats against you.
