My sister in UK got a call from this number a few times, never got to answer it though. She thought it was me (in NSW) trying to phone. Thanks all for the heads up on this, advised her to be careful. If you get specific details of their cals, suggest to report to crimestoppers.
Getting call from this number every alternate day, enquires if I had a car accident. Scam do not talk to them or give any details. Already complained about this number to "do not call " but nothing has happened. Be careful.
Received enquiring about a car accident which never occurred. When I Googled this number, there were others also with similar experience. Hence I consider this number as a Spam number.
Definitely a scam number, had a woman calling with an Indian accent saying something about me calling from my number about a car accident last year, saying she was from some kind of cleaning services (couldn't understand 100% due to accent being strong). Hung up straight away when I realised was scam and they didn't call back. DO NOT TELL THEM ANYTHING. Just hang up the phone!
Would you believe they just called the Police Station where I work to gain personal information. I searched their phone number whilst I had them on hold. Give them nothing!
Just got a call from this number and they asked if anyone with this phone number has had a car accident but didn't ask for insurance details, just said ok and and said goodbye.
Has called about a car accident and wanting information on insurance details and personal details. Definitely a scam!
Called me few times about Car accident, just wonder where from this guys get the phone numbers. Then my one is a silent number.
Same, I just kept asking for details about my car, and when the accident was and who the insurer was etc... And they just hung up. Can smell a scam a mile away. Can some Australia government organisation track them down and bust them please!!?
This number calls our business regularly, we end up with all the lines ringing plus extentions, very annoying as I worry customers will be unable to contact us at these times due to the t=high volume of calls. This is very irritating and something should be done about it!!
Received call today from woman with indian sounding accent. I think that this is the number that calls me for various things, ranging from cleaning [saying I called them] to the usual Windows Microsoft scam.
I would like to know where I complain formally as I have registered on the No Calls Register.
I received a call in London UK at 1.25pm on Tue 3 Mar 2015. Caller said (in strong Indian accent): "Hello, my name is John. I'm calling from Accident Advice Services." When I asked who exactly Accident Advice Services are, he hung up.
Definitely a scam call about a car accident!!!!!
My wife has also just received a call from this number. Told the caller it was a scam and hung up.
Same. Have a private number and just missed this call. When I tried to ring it back it was constantly engaged. Have already received one of these scam car accident calls. I think next time I'll play around with it.
I just got the same call from an Indian guy, regarding a car accident in the past 2 years! He hung up when Insaid there was no accidents.
I have had a company mobile phone for 19 months and these guys and girls phone me about every 3 weeks from this and various other numbers, all with the same story about a car accident, within various time frames from 2 months to 3 years back. Some are Asian, some Indian. Told the Indian today to f*k off. He ended the call.
Called us after hours regarding some motor vehicle accident some time back. Made reference to insurance. We have a silent number.. How did they get that?
They are keep on calling and saying there was a accident two months ago and when we ask anything else they just hangsup.
I have seen same issue with this number on Google where others have seen same.
These dudes keep calling back about a car accident. Even though we had one couple of months ago, everything was solved by NRMA swiftly, and there is no reason for anyone to call us about it. When told so, theyh hang up. Blacklist the number.

Have a private landline number and this number rang me. I didn't recognise it so I didn't pick it up. Jumped on the net and put it in to reverse numbers and up comes all these other people with the same number calling them. Thank you reverse numbers!
What bothers me though is I have a private landline number and I NEVER give it out, only to my kids school and family. I always give my mobile number. So how did they get my PRIVATE NUMBER!!!????
Received a call today from a "Jenny" who had an Indian accent. She didn't ask my name but just launched into a monologue about me being in a car accident and it not being my fault.
Told her she is wrong and she hung up.
Scam call purporting to be about a "recent car accident".
Happened to us as well, said that I was in a car accident and not to worry as it was not my fault. Scammers! When I questioned them when the accident was they told me yesterday.
Same here - I get a call from these scammers every couple of days. They can't tell me when or where or who was in the accident when I ask so they just hang up. Maybe I should just lead them on next time ... lol. Tell them, yes I have been and am now wanting the other parties details so I can make a personal injury claim... Or maybe not.
An obvious scam, phishing for personal info.
"Claims Advice Service" about a motor vehicle accident. I asked them which insurance company they were calling from, and they claimed they were an independent service, and kept pushing that I had been in an accident.
I pushed them to provide me the date & time of the accident, and all they could tell me was "within the past year.".
However, I must have got the junior, as that's where his script ran out, and he couldn't think for himself.
I told him I haven't had an accident for over 20 years, and the phone went quiet. I heard him ask someone in the background "what do I do now?" then after about 10 seconds the phone hung up.
Just got the same to a private home number - picked it straight away, told them no so politely where to go - claiming someone on my number had been ain a car accident - problem, I was 21yrs ago never since - SCAMMERS!!! No answer on trying to call the number back.
Just got one. Started quizzing them back on the wanted and who they represented. Got incredibly defensive and trying to put words in my mouth. I kept asking who they represented to the hung up.
Happened to us as well, said that I was in a car accident and not to worry as it was not my fault. Scammers! Showed that it was from an "international number", bull crap!
I just had a call from this number informing me that I had a car accident back in 2013 2014 and not to worry it was not my fault. I questioned her and again she asked if I had been in a accident I said no. She said sorry I must have the wrong number. I could tell the line was not right when I answered as it made a few clicks then went onto another line.
This number has been calling daily for the past few weeks, if 'we have been in an accident' and they want our details. They need to be stopped.
