Scam Robo Caller.... Block.
Just received a call from 02 4277 0399, let it go to voicemail, it was a robo acting like Olivia from the Commonwealth Bank wanting me to verify a transaction to press a number and I don't bank with them. Block!
I received a voicemail that began with the word "Epidemic" and mentioned an emergency. The rest of the message was similar to others I have seen. I ended the call when it got to the part that said "press 2." By the way, this website's automated word completion feature is quite frustrating.
Scam.
I keep receiving multiple calls from different numbers, all delivering the same message. It's very frustrating, as the calls keep coming even after blocking.
I am unsure how this number acquired my personal information to contact me. It’s suspicious and concerning.
Scam, not just spam, do not engage! Fake Vodafone call warning that service will be cut off or limited if you don't contact them to 'update your details'. In other words, hand over personal info so we can steal. Hang up immediately.
This number is being used for a scam masquerading as Vodafone.
Recorded message saying my phone would be disconnected in 2 hours.
Spam caller.
I received a robocall stating it was an academic emergency notice. The message prompted Australian students to press 1 and Chinese or international students to press 2. Since I am not a student, I suspected it was a scam and hung up before obtaining any more information.
Community reports are retained as historical safety signals within the Reverseau telecommunications safety dataset and may reflect different experiences over time.
