I have a Telstra internet phone that isn’t even connected to the telephone line, yet I'm still receiving a flood of calls like this one. I've noticed over 100 calls since August 2023, including several calls from the USA, but most of them are from within Australia. I'm relieved I don’t have the "free" internet phone connected.

This number is yet another scammer who called and did not leave a message. Based on multiple complaints, it is clear they are persistent in their attempts.

When I received a call from this number, it rang on my landline as well as two mobile phones at the same time – a clear indicator of a potential scam. They didn’t leave any messages on any of the devices, which further confirms my suspicion.

I received a call from a male with an Indian accent at 10 PM, which woke me up. I asked him if he realized how late it was, and he responded that he needed to give away a holiday. Frustrated, I yelled at him not to call again and hung up. This is definitely a SCAM.

A caller named Eric contacted me about some kind of holiday plan, but he abruptly hung up before explaining anything further. This was quite frustrating and left me uncertain about the purpose of his call.

While I was out, I received an unrecognized call on my landline from this number, which left no message. I checked on this site and learned that it has been reported as a scam number, confirming my decision not to engage with the call.

This number keeps calling despite multiple reports submitted. I don’t understand why call blocking isn’t effective when caller ID can easily identify these nuisance calls.

Based on multiple reports, especially one mentioning "Amazon Prime," it appears that this caller is a scammer attempting to defraud individuals.

If I truly had won something, then the caller should have left a message. Unfortunately, this is just another blocked number I'm forced to deal with again. 😡😡

I received a call from this number where the caller tried to pitch a package similar to something called "Happy Camper." After hanging up on the caller three times, I finally mentioned that I was going outside to my son, who I claimed was a policeman. After that, the caller did not call back, indicating they may not be legitimate.

The caller informed me that I had won a travel package valid in both New Zealand and Australia, which included six nights of heavily discounted accommodations, flights, meals, and more. I decided to play along with their script until they attempted to "transfer" me to a supervisor. I hung up, but they tried to call me back, which is concerning because they are aware of my full name and address.

The phone rang at 9:20 PM. The caller claimed to be from a travel agency, but I was not amused by the timing, so I politely reminded them it was late before ending the call.

I am concerned about the ease with which scammers can spoof Australian phone numbers. This raises questions about our technological defenses against such deceptive practices.

This number called me, but since I didn't recognize it, I chose not to answer. I feel indifferent about the call and have no desire to return it.

I received an automated call indicating that I would be charged a monthly fee of $99.99 for my Amazon Prime account. I found this suspicious and hung up before it continued.

My phone flagged this incoming call as a potential scam. It came through at 8:54 PM, but I chose not to answer. I have now blocked the number and reported it. I really hope law enforcement and consumer protection agencies catch these scammers soon to put an end to their activities!

I answered the call, caller had my name and address (I'm in the phone book) claiming to be from HTC Travel. They then stated that I had completed a Travel enquiry form. I replied that I had never heard of them and had not completed a form, as described. They replied that it was some time ago and I must have forgotten. They then told me that I had won a luxury hotel package for six nights....... At this point I asked them not to call again and I ended the call. Clearly a Scam, name and address sourced from the Phone book.

A male caller informed me that I qualify for a government rebate due to the solar panels I had installed. When I mentioned I had the panels for 10 years, he insisted that I was eligible for the rebate and that only he could facilitate the process to obtain it. His approach felt suspicious and unprofessional.

After I answered the call, there was complete silence, and then the caller hung up.

I received a call around 9 p.m. from someone who was ranting about a program I supposedly signed up for or that involved my kids. I do not have children, so I told her to leave me alone.

I received a call from someone representing a fraudulent travel company. I informed them that I had no interest in any offer that appeared to scam people and then ended the call. These types of calls occur regularly for me, about every three to four weeks, and I suspect they're based in the Philippines since they seem to spoof their phone number using the 02 area code.

I received a call from this number at 9:42 PM, waking up my elderly parents. This is very inconsiderate and not acceptable.

This number has called me before, and my caller ID flagged it as a scam caller. I let the call go to my answering machine, which usually makes them hang up, but this time the caller stayed silent on the line for about 10 seconds, as if punishing me for not answering.

Had a call from this number 8.04 pm she asked to talk to a person I said no she could not and hung up. I am so over spam calls I am on do not call register, it is time more was done to protect those of us who are honest people that have a phone for family and friends with calls we make not to have these morons.
