They called saying my phone would be frozen today. Surprise, surprise - nothing happened. Just typical scamming nonsense!
Had a caller claim to be my GP, even though I'm not in Sydney. Talk about a lame attempt at a scam! Seriously, who falls for this rubbish?
Missed a call from this number and called back to hear an auto-message about “China Taiping Insurance.” They said all agents were busy and I'd have to wait – no thanks, sounds dodgy as!
Mate, when they started jabbering in Chinese, I just yelled “NI HAO!” into my phone until those sneaky twits hung up. Who do they think they are, coming at me like that?
Here I am stuck on hold for 24 minutes trying to tell this absolute tosser to shove off. Seriously, how frustrating is that!
What a load of rubbish! This recorded message gives me the fright of my life, claiming something terrible will happen if I don’t push 1 or 2. So, I hit 1 for English, and they respond in Chinese! I was like, ‘What on earth? I said English!’ The voice just asked if I speak Chinese like it’s some twisted joke. Ridiculous!
So, I called back this number and got a synthetic voice saying 'Thank you for calling China Shipping Insurance'—all operators busy, then straight into some hold music. Can't tell if it's the same lot that rang me earlier—total mystery!
Ugh, yet another annoying call! This one said it was Newcastle, but most of my nuisances are from Sydney. And what’s with the language mumbo jumbo? I just get bombarded with Chinese, and I'm over it! These local numbers have got to be dealt with – bloody telcos need to step up!
Dialled this number and just got crickets – no one picked up. Super odd. What's the deal here?
Seriously, who even heard of a ‘China Insurance’? What’s that all about?! Definitely smells like a SCAM. I just block them and move on; no point answering!
This one started off in English, then suddenly switched to Chinese! Talk about dodgy, huh? No idea what they wanted!
Who's givin' me a buzz here? No idea who’s on the other end…
