I only answered the call because my Truecaller app identified it as "Green Guys Australia." The caller offered to replace my hot water system, which raises my suspicion that this is a scam.
The callers claimed that I needed to have heat pumps installed, which is untrue since I do not own a business. I asked them to remove my number from their call list, but they continue to call me from different numbers even after blocking them repeatedly.
