Got a call from this number with a recording saying that I was essentially in trouble and needed to get my shit sorted ASAP by calling back this number or by pressing 1.

I pressed 1 and when asked to confirm who I was I explained that I work for the ATO and would be more than happy to give my details as soon as I knew their ID number to check while I was at work which department was calling me.

Long pause and then a hang up.
