I received a call from someone claiming to be from immigration who then proceeded to speak in Chinese. It seems naive to target Australians with such a simple scam.
I'm unsure about who owns this number, so I decided not to answer the call.
I received a message that said, "...not yet collected. Please come and collect it quickly," followed by another message in Chinese, which I couldn't understand.
I answered a call from an unidentified female voice with an Asian accent who spoke in a foreign language before abruptly hanging up.
Rang a few times but failed to leave a message. So now, will report as spam call and block the number.
The caller identified themselves as representing Telstra and stated that my phone service was about to be disconnected, which makes me suspicious of their intentions.
Scammers, automated voice saying Vodafone advised that your phone number is abnormal.
Strange cause I’m not with Vodafone!
